++++++++++

In a beautiful residential area, between the woods and nature, detached character country house, 100% privacy with possibility for a home office and around freely located low maintenance, sunny woodland garden with several terraces, large lawn, pool and Poolhouse. Plot size 6.107m2.

This country house was built in 1953 under the architecture of the Laren architect P.C. Van Uchelen (representative of the 'rural architectural style' in Het Gooi). Delightful home because of the various rooms, each with their own character and function. The renovation has taken place on a large scale in recent years but is not yet completed, so the house needs to be completed by the new owner. During a viewing we will gladly explain this to you.

On the right side the garage is partly converted into two additional bedrooms, also here is a beautiful closet and bathroom with double shower created.

1st floor: master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom en suite (toilet, bath, shower and double sink), 2nd bedroom with bathroom (shower and sink) and separate toilet, 3rd and 4th bedroom with shared bathroom (double sink, shower and bath) and separate toilet
