Eindsplits 7

Luxury finished detached villa on water with private mooring and fantastic views!

On one of the most beautiful locations in Almere, on the waterfront and on a peninsula in Noorderplassen-West, you will find this luxuriously finished detached villa. The villa was built under architecture in 2020 and, apart from a lot of privacy, offers a great feeling of spaciousness, comfort and holiday! The villa was designed with great attention to detail and thought was given to light and sightlines with, of course, the wide views over the water.

The villa has unique views over the waterways (Noorderplassen) and the nature reserves. The seasons here are also special. Ice skating in winter, swimming and water sports in summer and spring and autumn beautiful glare of the sun on the water.
The beautifully landscaped garden has several terraces and a cosy outdoor fireplace where you can sit with family and friends. The plot is located on a peninsula with the great advantage that only destination traffic comes here, so your peace and quiet is guaranteed.

Layout:
Entrance hall with staircase with cloakroom, spacious toilet and storage room. From the hall you reach the living room with beautiful kitchen with all amenities.
The living room is divided into a lovely sitting room where you can enjoy the cosy fireplace and the fantastic view. This room can also be closed off by means of en suite doors. The spacious kitchen diner has a cosy dining table and a lounge area with also a wood-burning fireplace that makes the cold autumn and winter days cosy. There is also a cosy television corner.
The entire downstairs living area is oriented towards the garden and is characterised by large windows that provide the house with lots of light. Through the sliding doors you reach the lovely sunny garden with several terraces.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all conceivable built-in appliances (steam oven, oven, dishwasher, climate control cabinet, Quooker and fridge/freezer), as well as a cooking/sink island with an induction hob with integrated wok and extractor hood.

Through the sliding doors in the kitchen you reach the canopy with cosy outdoor fireplace, which is well positioned in the sun and provides sufficient shelter from the wind and weather.
Through the hall with high ceiling, you reach the spacious landing. At the front are two spacious bedrooms, both with many windows and custom-made shutters. Via the landing you reach the luxurious bathroom (fitted with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and double washbasin) and another extensive technical room.
